• The drainage on Draycott is blocked which is causing severe flooding along the lane. This happens every time it rains and has been reported by multiple neighbours over a period of at last four years. The flooding has now come over into our property and has flooded the garage and under the floorboards in our house causing damage. This is not good enough and cannot be ignored any longer as it is now causing damages to the houses along this road. Severn Trent have advised it is your responsibility. Please sort this out.

• The many reports of blocked gullies on the lane here and constant flooding appear to have been closed but no action has been taken and yet again vehicles cannot pass due to flooding. There has now been so much mud washed down onto the lane that the drains can't even be seen. Access to the school and to properties in Pool Hill is impossible after even a little rain, let alone the amount we have had in the last few weeks. Please can you arrange for these gullies to be unblocked, as so many people have already requested, so that we can access our properties.

• Urgent issue - Drains are almost full, very close to the top, an inch or two from the top of the drain/road surface - this is not helping my own drains and water almost reached my front door step this afternoon, I suspect due to capacity - the drains need clearing asap, otherwise the road will be flooded, and my home and possibly a couple of other homes too. I have only walked across the road to my immediate neighbours, so I do not know if the problem is the same further along the road. Obviously, all of the drains should be checked. I have noticed that the level in the drain outside my house (22 Wickwar Road) was extremely high at the end of August - I should have reported it then - bearing in mind that was a dry spell, this is obviously a big problem!
