Broken concrete surrounding a manhole cover. Before Christmas some safety barriers were put around it. I reported it to Kingswood parish council in March who said they would inform you. There is not enough room for pedestrians to walk on the pavement due to the barriers

Large trench failure on the A38 outside Applegate's Coaches which stretches across the entire road with deep raised edges. This has been a problem for over 3-years (along with many others on the A38 and surrounding roads). Instant flat tyre on my road bike as I hit this at speed.

Several years ago, the phone companies have dug up the pavement and put a metal box in the ground. The tarmac they put around the box initially was temporary and they never returned to completed the job. Now over the years the tarmac as deteriorated, fallen out and sunk. The meal edges and corners of the box are now exposed and is a trip hazard for anyone using the pavement. The pavement is a very popular walkway particularly with children on scooters, prams and people with wheelchairs. I have recently spoken to a streetworks Inspector who was in the Close doing an inspection who agreed that it was a trip hazard. Unfortunately, the 2 year period to request the phone companies to fix the issue has expired... /
