I met with Jacob previously about the problems with freezing water on the road and he recommended asking the farmer to first dredge the ditch at the side of the road. This has now been completed. His recommendation was he would then look to add some water run off points along the road to allow for the water to escape on the ditch. He also mentioned adding something to stop the pipe getting silted up. In addition the drain on the other side of the road near the farm is blocked which is increasing the water onto the road. Since his visit there was another serious car accident where a car ended up on its side outside my house
