The drain under the manhole cover as seen on the photo collects all the water running down the road and from the hills to the rear of the property which runs underground. The manhole has been checked with dye by your workers and apparently when it is unblocked allows the water to slowly escape via a small 4 inch pipe under the road to the soak away in the woodlands across the road. The 4 inch pipe needs to be bigger say 12 inch as it’s too small and is now completely blocked as it’s too small to cope.
