• The manhole cover is distorted. Every time a vehicle drives over it the noise exceeds legal limit of 72db. I am standing by the manhole and 27 vehicles have passed over it in 5 minutes (represents in excess of 200 noise emissions an hour more when it is busy). I understand this was reported to you many months ago and you have done nothing about this. Surely this is a legal nuisance that you have a responsibility to resolve immediately? Thank you.

• Signage erected by Westonbirt School (golf club) are misleading to walkers. One sign incorrectly states that golfers have priority over walkers. The other, placed on a right of way and adjacent to a (tiny) right of way marker states there is no public right of way. The right of way is also very poorly marked, making it impossible to follow the path eastwards.

• This right of way is very poorly marked, making it impossible to follow eastwards. It also doesn't accurately follow the OS mapped route. There is no sign from the lane to indicate the prow leaves the lane and goes across the golf course (OS Explorer map looks like prow continues to end of lane).there is a tiny round way marker on a post away from the lane but this is very hard to spot from the lane. The prow continues onto the golf course but there is no sign to indicate the path takes a 90 degree turn or to direct you to the stile out of the golf course. The stile out of the golf course is completely obscured by trees so is impossible to find.
