• The tree outside my house was taken down because of damage to my neighbours house causing them to start a legal case, the Tree was poisoned at roots to kill it but it has started growing again at the sides and roots causing the tarmac to raise in 8 places which could be a trip hazard , as the Tree has already cracked my driveway I do not want to be in the same position with damage to my house like my neighbours

This drain is also blocked. The drain above it on Kipling Road is blocked and this then forces the water down Kipling road overwhelming the drains and causing flooding on Spencer Road and at Monkscroft flats.
