Large tree with a lot of dead wood. Overhanging my property. Tree on the path outside of my boundary. Been reported many times before. Two trees felled in error because of this problem. Last failed because of apparent road blockage due to parked cars. They took down a blossom tree instead.

Within that area is a loose slab which when stepped on it rises up on one side about 1-2 inches causing a major trip hazard. I nearly ended up in A+E tripping on it so forcefully I lost a shoe… someone less capable would get seriously hurt.
