• Drains appear to be blocked (not been cleared for AGES) - road flooded after the heavy rain we had on Friday night. Water came right up to rear of pavement. This has occurred every time we have had heavy rain over the past year or so. Concern as edge of carriageway not easily detectable in the dark and impossible to access cars without wading through floodwater. Also concerned given frequency that ambulances need to access the old people’s accommodation at the end of our road (st Peter’s Court)
