• Our entrance/exit onto the main road is tight enough and site lines are very limited as is. There have been lines painted onto the main road, to prevent vehicles from parking in front of the entrance/exit - but they are very faded now and I have experienced a number of occasions whereby cars are parking on the lines, making it harder to get in and out. In all but one of the 6 properties, there are people who are over the age of 80 and I am also concerned that emergency services may struggle one day if they need to get to them too. Therefore I wonder if the lines could be repainted please, to make it more obvious? Also, perhaps they could be a little wider to make it easier to manoeuvre in and out?

• In the winter this footpath is dangerous as really muddy. A few years back the landowner cleared part of the wood. Then the footpath was confined to a smaller track. Therefore muddier than before. A popular walk. Lots of people have slipped over through the wood. People then put branches across two particular areas to get across. This in some ways makes it worse. It needs a more solid way through. Maybe a raised wooden path so mud and water underneath. with

• Many large potholes in road from Bourton Hill Farm towards Tagmoor Farm. The road is never properly repaired. The whole road from Bourton Steeps through to Clapton needs to be resurfaced. It’s a joke the number of repairs being required almost weekly. This road has not been resurfaced for years and has deteriorated badly it is dangerous to drive on, especially when passing other cars or horses, people or bikes.
