I have been reporting the dreadful state of Salamanca Road for the past year, eventually you have turned up and stuck some tar stuff in quite a few holes but there are many many more that urgently need filling in as they are getting bigger and deeper every day, you people who looked at it did just drive past and ignore most of them, it needs attending to do them all and have done with it, I am fed up reporting this every few weeks, you keep saying it is in hand but it is not you have looked and ignored please fix them all once and for all please

I reported a sink hole last week outside my driveway and this was temporarily fixed on 28th May. A delivery drove it this morning and as you can see from the photo the ground gave way. The hole is a good 30cm wide and deep and poses a safety hazard.
