No warning signs for horses
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9944576.
Many horse riders including my children, cross the busy A46 from the Barton End turn and the Graves end lane to the other side. This includes children and people from Barton End riding school. There are no signs on either end of the Bend - as you come down the hill towards the turn to Barton End and as you come up the hill round the corner towards the Barton end turn warning you of horse riders crossing. This road is in a 50mph speed limit and it’s extremely dangerous to cross this road. There is no alternative location to cross.
Please can you install warning signs at the start of the bend going up and before Barton end coming down to warn of horses crossing.

If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
