Grass or verge causing an obstruction or visibility problem

Verge has been churned up by a vehicle.
Potentially by the driver of "N-Viro Cycle" van (registration 'J999 NVC') as I witnessed him mount the verge and FW to park on the back corner of the "Whaddon and College Boys Club" please see photos. The driver of this van went into #12 Cheltenham Road after seemingly arriving home from work.

This report has now been passed to the Highways team for assessment.
If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
