High Street, Prestbury, B4632. Contractors 3 days ago removed top pavement surface over tree root, leaving tarmac nearby, and barriers surrounding. Pedestrians forced into road on busy bend. This road is on 3 bus routes. Problem is adjacent to my home, 2 High St.
