Purton upper swing bridge lane
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9760971.
There are county highway bollards intruding around parked cars , causing an obstruction to the entrance to a public house car park. There is also a vehicle deliberately park at least 1.5m away from the verge, in order to cause as much disruption to passing traffic. I would like to know who exactly owns thjse cones, and why they are there? Regards Jon savagar

If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
