Missing directional arrow at junction

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9666209.
Directional arrow at traffc lights onto Hyde lane was reported by myself as being knocked over. The report was marked fixed, however the directional arrow appears to have been removed rather than repaired/replaced. My concern was the safety implication of drivers receiving incorrect or unclear guidance at the junction. Please could this be reviewed?
