Unclear yellow lines St Paul’s Road

The double yellow lines on the junction of St Paul’s Road and St Paul’s Court in Gloucester have become obstructed by leaf litter, and the lines themselves are fading. This is leading to inconsiderate parking (as pictured), as drivers don’t seem to be able to see the double yellow lines
