Dangerous damage to paving on right of way next to main drain
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9571055.
The right of way is outside the back of No12 Croft Avenue between the house and the detached garden. The paving near the severn trent drain is severely damaged and moves when you step on it. There is a hole in the middle and it looks like the paving will collapse. Children use this right of way regularly. I have emailed land registry to see who is responsible and they said: The strip of passageway between the two parts of your registered title GR242209 is not registered. There also appears to be no mention of maintenance responsibility on the title register.

This report has now been passed to the Highways team for assessment.
If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
