Pointless Temporary traffic lights!

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9547322.

Temporary traffic lights have been dumped in this section of road as an attempt to avoid fixing the road, there are no signs of work being carried out, no contact details. This has been done to avoid fixing the shocking state of the road! Fix the road or remove the temp lights which have no legal reason to be here!!!!!
