The Gully outside No 6 Coburn Gardens close to No 8 it’s not the gully pot it’s the outlet drain which is the problem, your gully crew only clear the pots of debis there schedule does not include jetting or testing each drain. Due to a number of cars parked in the highway by 4/6/8 Coburn belonging to employees of GCHQ and not residents your crews could only service gully’s they could get close to. This problem is a long term issue there is also root infiltration in the main outlet pipe before it discharges into the attenuation area that needs attention.

Sometimes during periods of heavy rain, even a clear gully can be overwhelmed. Usually the water will drain away within an hour.
