I have sent several emails to CBC and completed your (highways) online form but have not received a response. Please confirm who I should be contacting. Together with other residents, we are proposing to set up a community group to improve the appearance of our streets. Our first project will be to make a wildflower bed on the corner of Pembridge Close and Hartlebury Way, which is currently grass. Other projects we are thinking about include - planting spring bulbs on the grass verges - improving the overgrown area of land by the railings opposite 1 to 9 Hartlebury Way - litter picking - cleaning up the river behind the houses at 20 - 42 Hartlebury Way - improving the overgrown area of land alongside the alleyway adjacent to Glenfall School field

This report has now been passed to the Highways team for assessment.
If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
An update on the issue will be provided.
