Unpermitted roadworks problem

We have a business on the Church Street Stretch. But there are several closures coming up and Sandfield Bridge is permanently closed to vehicles and pedestrians, with works not booked in until October 2026. The other closures are HM7520749598-02 - High Street, Saul for National Grid, and LB9060000-0042308715-03 - Church Lane, Saul - STW. These closures are all happening during a busy time for our business, and I question how we, our workers and customers are going to be able to reach the cafe? i worry about the affects this is going to have on our business revenue. Is there any chance these closures can be changed/moved so they do not coincide with each other?
