Tree roots are growing up through the public path adjacent to our property. Attempts have been made in previous years to make the path safe but the problems have continued. The tree itself is way too big for its situation and we have asked in many previous years for the tree to be properly cut back/removed.

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9384000.
The tree and path are on Council highways land to the East of our property. The tree was planted when this estate was started...early 70s and has not been maintained. Lorries entering Courtbrook have had problems with low hanging branches. Last summer a Council operative came here to inspect the problem but was only able to trim the lower branches as he did not have the correct equipment. Nobody came back to complete the job.
