Several Signs have been hit by a vehicle and are now flat - including the WARNING CHEVRONS!!

Several Signs have been hit by a vehicle and are now flat - including the WARNING CHEVRONS!!
Without the WARNING CHEVRONS there will be a serious accident, especially at night, with car drivers who don't know the road or who has rights of way.
PLEASE PLEASE ESCALATE ASAP - THIS IS A MAJOR ISSUE
