Very poorly installed double yellow lines in conservation area

From the top of Whitehall to the middle of Middle Street GL5 1EA there have been some very poorly installed double yellow lines in conservation area. They should be smaller and a consistent 50mm and a lighter colour i.e Primrose Double yellows. Can they be redone and if more are to be installed can they be done properly please?
