Lamp cover twisted + crossing needs repainting

I'm very concerned about the speeding cars down Chesterton Lane.
This isn't helped by the state of the zebra crossing that serves both Vyners Close & Chesterton House. The stripes desperately need a repaint, algae is obscuring the lamps on one side and the lamp cover on the one side has slipped round, partially obscuring the light from road users.
I use the crossing almost every day, and I would say 8 times out of 10 drivers sail past me at the crossing having either not seen me or they are driving too fast to stop. It's scary. An accident waiting to happen.

If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
