Customer queries what is happening at the location? This is the 4th time in several months that STW have been on site, but the issue (whatever it is) has not been resolved and there is currently nobody on site at all. Their issue is that the temporary TS are directly O/S their property and causing overnight disruption (cars beeping etc). They ask for information/feedback on when work will be finally completed.
