Series of potholes on Badgeworth bridge
Reported via mobile in the A pothole in road category anonymously at 23:17, Wednesday 21 January 2026
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8739445.
There are a series of potholes at the bottom of the slope of the Badgeworth bridge on the left carriageway while travelling from Badgeworth towards the Reddings. The camber on the road and oncoming traffic forces vehicles to drive straight into these potholes, resulting in damages to the front left tyres. Please could you inspect these and fix the road.

Thank you for reporting a pothole.
First, a safety inspector will visit the location to assess whether a repair needs to be completed and plan the work needed. Works are prioritised based on the urgency of the situation. The council aim to repair all significant potholes (more than 4cm deep and 30cm wide) within 28 days.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
We will provide updates about this report.
