All street lights on the alley way have been off for a while

The alleyway from Matson avenue past the old police station up to the back end of Underhill Road is in complete darkness. Approx 5-6 street lights which aren’t working making it dangerous to walk down the alleyway due to the mess from the houses along that alleyway causing trip hazards at night time especially
