This drain is constantly blocked. Any heavy shower of rain means the road is flooded and cars driving through force the water on to the pavement both sides of the road. This means that pedestrians have no option but to walk through the flooded pavement and I for one am sick of getting my feet wet as there is no other way to avoid it.

Sometimes during periods of heavy rain, even a clear gully can be overwhelmed. Usually the water will drain away within an hour.
