City fibre box in front of my property.

The problem is outside number 7 foxwhelp way GL24DA. A city fibre box has been put up a metre from my front window. Granted it is sitting on the pavement but affects my hedge and when I’ve cut my hedge, I can see it from the front window. It’s too close to my home. I also worry about potential risks to my family by having it so close to home. What is being emitted from this box. Is it a heath hazard to me and my family and potential fire hazard.Why do we need to working round this box when we want to maintain our front garden. Will this vegetation even survive given that there a a big green box blocking the light. I would like it removed please.
