Lighting damaged on overpass

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8555888.

The hand rail on the over pass should be illuminated at night, a portion of it is not working. This is the first ramp, on the stratford Road side. The overpass could also do with cleaning, as the drainage holes are full of mud and leaves
