Tree Lighting on roundabout - only 1 lamp working other 4 lamps are not illuminating

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8522997.

On the roundabout at Lechlade on the A417 near the garden centre. The street lighting that illuminates the trees on the roundabout. Only one is working out of the 5.
