Exposed electricity cables, obstruction to pavement - unfinished work.

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction by unpermitted skip, scaffolding, building material on pavement category anonymously at 20:29, Mon 8 December 2025

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8519964.

The electricity supply station on Reservoir Road is impossible to miss. Contractors have abandoned the work, leaving electricity cables exposed and a huge hole with no barriers. Barriers are strewn across the pavement. Danger to life and limb .. and I reported this a week ago… nothing has been done. So the situation has continued for at least 2 weeks. The postcode is: GL51NQ and it is adjoining two houses either side. This poses a danger to people.
