3 street lights and Vehicle Activated Speed Sign permanently out

Outside number 1 Egypt, number 5 Egypt and alongside Egypt Mill. The street lights and vehicle activated speed sign have been out of action for nearly 4 weeks. After dusk it is very dangerous as that stretch of A46 is pitch dark. I have fallen down the steps twice. The speed sign makes a huge difference to drivers' speed and it is noticeable that people are driving much faster and not slowing down as they normally do when they notice the sign. There has recently been an RTA where a vehicle struck a pedestrian on that exact location and Police are trying to find witnesses. I believe this could have been avoided if the lights and speed sign were working.
