I also reported this under another heading as unsure which category. Wondered why cones seem to be here intermitently but regularly which prohibits residents from parking on Park Rd, when parking is already quite tricky. Wonder if it is because the house opposite Cosy Cottage is having work done, as we do see contractors vans parked there the day after, maybe they are reserving the space overnight? Is this ok? Do they have a licence to do so?
