No TM at this location. Workers pouring bitumin in slot cuts with No protection. They were stepping out in front of moving traffic. This location IS NOT suitable for mobile works without a lane closure. If they were working under mobile works the SLG was not compliment for any road. You can see who they are. They have completed the task.
