Hello

Just wanted to report the traffic lights outside Peacocks on Tewkesbury High Street have been malfunctioning since 7.30pm Sunday night. They are stopping the traffic constantly and the beeping every 90 seconds is driving tenants in the area mad. Also causing pollution with vehicles constantly stopping.Please can this be fixed?
