3 street lights permanently out and speed trap not working.

Street lights outside number 5 Egypt, Egypt Mill and number 1 Egypt. Plus the speed trap mounted on the street light by Egypt Mill, all not working since Saturday 8th November. I have seen two different teams of men, one was assessing the problem, the other climbed up the telegraph pole outside my house, but the problem has not been fixed. I fell down the steps outside my house this week as it is pitch dark now and my phone was out of charge, so I could not use my torch.
