Unpermitted roadworks problem

This road closure has caused a lot of issues for residents and drivers commutes. There hasn't been any works done until Monday even though the closure started Friday. Also all that has happened is excavation of the verge, which could have been done with a lane closure and temp lights. As well as the workers are using half barriers I feel are dangerous in the dark.
