Several red & white plastic signs abandoned on Water Lane

6 or 7 signs thrown around on Water Lane. Every local knows this lane floods and isn’t suitable for any motorised traffic - why does Highways waste its time and litter an otherwise beautiful landscape with these ghastly signs? It clearly has no intention of diverting the water flows that cause the lane to be unsuitable and motorists are warned not to use it as a through route by permanent signs 🙄
