Missing sign (Parking) problem

The blue car and grey van (pictured) have been parked with sale notices on the windscreens. A white VW van with the same notice and phone number is parked in Walkley Hill. A red car, which I could not identify, was also listed for sell in Kings Road with the same sale notice. These vehicles are badly parked and breach the Clean Neighborhoods and Environment Act of 2005. They are also taking up scarce parking places.in Rodborough
