Roadworks poor traffic flow

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8292978.

Traffic flow is poor and only letting through 10/.15 cars at a time and all the traffic is backing up during people travelling to and from work. its awful. The lights need to let more traffic through so it doesnt build up.
