Illegally parking on grass verge

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8279421.

The grass verge outside one stop shop . Somebody feels the need to park their car . Illegally when they have ample car parking spaces a wooden bollard has been taken up just so he can park his car there . Grass has been ripped up in the process . Please put bollards up so they cannot park there in the future!. The issue has been ongoing.
