Unpermitted roadworks problem

Customer reports that STW are scheduled to connect a waste pipe to the Pumping Station at the location. They intend to close the lane opposite (BOURTON ON THE WATER FOOTPATH 38 (HBW38). The customer's business is impacted by this closure, which is due to commence (this is planned work, not an emergency), but there is no permit in place for it or any information available. They need access for business purposes and ask for details of the closure: when, extent, if it is a full closure, details of the licence and if STW are bound to keep within the dates they specify. Please can Highways feedback asap.
