Unpermitted roadworks problem

Email received 23/09/2025 - copy attached. Customer reports:

I've been a bit concerned about the roadworks on the B4066 near The Grove at Selsley Common - there seemed to be little consideration to the fact that they were working on a SSSi. Today I saw that an area has been covered in what looks like top soil and seeded. Which is totally inappropriate for a limestone grassland SSSI. Photo attached. I couldn't find how to report damage to a SSSI on Natural England's website.
