Cones and barriers on by pass been there 6 weeks blocking live lane

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8209833.

By c&g roundabout coming from moons court. Half attempt at repairing something its as though the workmen gave up and disappeared. The barriers and cones have been blocking the inside lane for a good 6 weeks.
