Unpermitted roadworks problem

Customer reports that the works at the location are dynamic: they have currently stopped in the area of the pin on the map. Whilst residents using the Road from Salt Way to Court Farm, next to the Malt House (Approximate W3W: ///curly.funnels.drilled) are aware that access is still possible, the position of the barriers/signs gives the impression that it isn't. Therefore, delivery drivers and the Post Office aren't delivering/collecting, which is causing issues. They request that a sign is placed at the location of the barriers to confirm access is still possible to the properties down the Road from Salt Way to Court Farm/business is as usual.
