Plastic bollard on island where B4081 joins A44 (a high accident incident road) has been broken by a likely impact and is now fully down. This poses a critical safety issue at the junction with a high accident rate highway (A44). Both bollards now need replacing. They are damaged and have no reflective properties remaining.
