Every time it rains this puddle appears and is a hazard

There is no local drain at the end of the cul de sac, water has to run down the road and over the camber. It has been reported before and apparantly fixed but not sure what was done, enquiry 11388753. The problem is worse in colder temperatures when freezing as this is a slip hazard for pedestrians. My view is that a drain should be installed at the end of the cul e sac or raise the road covering to provide a slope.

If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
