Public footpath very overgrown

Public Footpath is very overgrown and is one of the most popular routes for children going to school as the other two get extremely muddy in winter. It is almost impassable. I had to request it to be done last year and this is the second request this year. There is also a spring opened up half way down which has been running since January despite all the dry weather. A child had soaking feet one day. It is never done when they do the nearby rough cut and footpaths because it is not on their job list as it got so bad once the man in Everlands cut down 3 huge Leylandi trees a few years ago.
